Follow the manufacturer s. Use tile spacers or tooth picks to keep it from slumping down. As it dries but while it is still rubbery take a razor blade and trim off the excess resin. Take some 600 grit sandpaper and sand the resin smooth.

Back fill the hole with newspaper or better yet something not flammable like fiberglass insulation. Remove the whole tile like gbronner suggests or cut a tiny one to fit. Sanding and painting the patch. Wipe the area around the hole and brush away any loose debris.
