Mix together a small amount of polyester resin and hardener.

Use a vacuum cleaner or pressurized air to remove any dirt that may remain inside.
If not all you have to do is mix up the compound and hardener.
It is easy to repair a hole in a ceramic bathroom tile and all you need are simple materials that can be purchased at any hardware store.
Grab a clean dry brush.
Make sure to let the entire filler dry.
Drag a razor blade over the hole to scrape away excess filler.
Inspect the holes and remove any debris that may hinder the bond between the filler of choice and tiles.
Thinset the new tile in place and prop it to the wall with a broom or something so it doesn t fall out.
Using a putty knife you are going to apply the resin to the hole.
Mix up some of the resin and apply it to the holes in the tile making sure that you overfill the holes.
Follow the manufacturer s.
Use tile spacers or tooth picks to keep it from slumping down.
As it dries but while it is still rubbery take a razor blade and trim off the excess resin.
Take some 600 grit sandpaper and sand the resin smooth.
Back fill the hole with newspaper or better yet something not flammable like fiberglass insulation.
Remove the whole tile like gbronner suggests or cut a tiny one to fit.
Sanding and painting the patch.
Wipe the area around the hole and brush away any loose debris.
This will be used to patch the holes in the tiles.
